Winter hardy trees, shrubs, evergreens and roses are guaranteed to live for 1 year from purchase, however:
YOUR GUARANTEE DEPENDS ON YOU
Basic care is necessary to maintain the life of your purchase. The most important care is appropriate watering (slow and deep) and correct planting methods (don’t plant too deep). Planting new purchases promptly is also important, as is watering them well if they will remain in their nursery pots for longer than 1 day. You may receive credit equal to your purchase price towards the replacement of your choice. (If you bought the material on sale, the sale price will be credited). To receive credit, returns must be made in person and accompanied by your receipt and the dead plant.
GUARANTEE EXCLUSIONS:
- Plants are not watered or planted according to directions.
- Damage caused by animals (deer, rabbit, pets)
- Plants kept in containers over the winter
