Make sure to space San Marzanos 24"-36" apart as they are an indeterminate variety. When you're ready to plant | dig down deep enough to nestle the root ball and the first set of leaves below existing soil level. This will encourage strong root development. And don’t forget a big drink of water after planting to help settle the soil.
