Ornamental Qualities

Sonic Bloom Pink Reblooming Weigela features showy clusters of pink trumpet-shaped flowers along the branches from late spring to mid fall | which emerge from distinctive hot pink flower buds. It has attractive green deciduous foliage which emerges coppery-bronze in spring. The glossy pointy leaves are highly ornamental but do not develop any appreciable fall color.

Planting and Growing

Sonic Bloom Pink Reblooming Weigela will grow to be about 5 feet tall at maturity | with a spread of 5 feet. It grows at a medium rate | and under ideal conditions can be expected to live for approximately 30 years.

This shrub should only be grown in full sunlight. It prefers to grow in average to moist conditions | and shouldn't be allowed to dry out. It is not particular as to soil type or pH.
