At Faddegon’s we strive to provide high quality products that you can count on. Our knowledgeable and attentive staff are here to help. If you aren’t completely happy with your purchase, you may return your item(s). Our return and refund guidelines are as follows:

In-Store Returns

  • Items purchased in-store or online can be returned in person. Gift store and hard good items in sellable, unused condition may be returned within 30 days of purchase.
  • Live plants (excluding roses, trees & shrubs) with a receipt may be exchanged or returned for full store credit within 14 days of purchase.
  • Winter hardy trees, shrubs, evergreens and roses are guaranteed to live for 1 year from purchase. You may receive credit equal to your purchase price towards the replacement of your choice. To receive credit, returns must be accompanied by your receipt and the dead plant.

GUARANTEE EXCLUSIONS

  • Plants are not watered or planted according to directions.
  • Damage caused by animals (deer, rabbit, pets)
  • Plants kept in containers over the winter
  • Special order returns must be returned with original packaging intact.
  • We do not accept returns, exchanges or credits for clearance or markdowns of 40% or more, holiday items after the holiday date, custom made items, or any service-related charges (delivery, planting, shipping or potting up). Fresh Christmas trees and fresh greens are not eligible for returns, exchanges or credits.

Online Returns

  • Gift shop and hard good items ordered online and shipped may be returned to the store within 30 days of purchase.
  • Live plants (excluding roses, trees & shrubs) with a receipt may be exchanged or returned for full store credit within 14 days of purchase. If your plant arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt and we will initiate a replacement or refund. To start a claim, email us at [email protected] or call 518-785-6726. Save all packaging and contents. Photos will be required to be eligible for return or replacement. New plants may be re-shipped after the claim has been approved and processed. If we are currently out of stock for that item, we will offer a substitute.
  • Shipping costs are not refundable. If you wish to return an item shipping is at your cost. Items may be physically returned in store.
  • No refunds will be given for returns of partial plants, cuttings or plants from which cuttings have been taken.
  • Products purchased online and picked up in store must be returned to the store in the original packaging and with the sales receipt.
